The global expansion and continued development of our award-winning eleXsys technology has been underpinned by several successful capital raisings in Australia and overseas.
Together with the investment from our founders, this ongoing funding has confirmed the global attraction of ESG investing, including tax advantages in some jurisdictions, as we move collectively towards a green energy future.
With approximately 200 investors, predominantly from the UK, Australia, Canada, France, UAE, Switzerland, eleXsys Energy has completed a significant corporate reorganisation and is now headquartered in London.
In July 2021, eleXsys was pleased to announce the appointment of senior UK capital markets expert and former CEO of Cantor Fitzgerald Europe, Mr Angelo Sofocleous, as Non-Executive Chairman.

Our board’s ESG and Risk Committee is chaired by eleXsys Non-Executive Director and renowned Australian environmental behaviour change leader, Mr Paul Klymenko.
Paul is the CEO and Co-Founder of the Planet Ark Environmental Foundation, a powerful not-for-profit organisation that delivers campaigns and programs to encourage low carbon lifestyles. He also co-founded Australia’s first socially responsible fund manager, Australian Ethical, which now has $5.4 billion under management for more than 66,000 customers.
eleXsys Energy has a growing and diverse team of more than 65 staff with a commitment to ensuring the highest possible employment, health and safety, data management and ethical standards.

Renewable Energy and Investment Expert Panel
eleXsys Energy has established a highly skilled and connected global Advisory Panel to assist the group with all aspects of our growth trajectory.
The panel’s key green energy and investment specialists include:

Support for Global Growth Strategy
The development and demonstration of eleXsys has been supported by more than $25AUD million in investment to date.
Successful capital raisings in both Australia and the UK were completed in early 2021 and have been followed by another oversubscribed raising currently in the process of completion with the funds to be applied to continuing our rapid international expansion.
The eleXsys Energy Board is exploring the possibility of a listing of the company’s equity in the future.
